Fix an instance of undefined behaviour

Cfish 11a fixes a few bugs in Cfish 11.
Linux users should upgrade to get large pages enabled.
The "avx2" compiles use AVX2 instructions for move generation as implemented by @okuhara. This might be faster than magic move generation on Ryzen, but this has not yet been confirmed. Please try both versions if you have a Ryzen or Threadripper processor.
Android/ARM binaries compiled by @AlexB123.
More binaries may be added later.
